The NEGAP Summer 2026 Conference will occur on June 4, 2026 at Sacred Heart University in Connecticut! THANK YOU for your sponsorship – we truly appreciate your support for our regional membership.

Please read the information below regarding the sponsorship confirmation process. The system will permit sponsorship submissions through May 1, 2026.

By starting the sponsorship process, you acknowledge the following:

You have read and agree to the Sponsorship Benefits as outlined in the Sponsorship Selections below. Should you have questions or need further clarification, please contact vp@negap.org prior to submitting your form.
All sponsors will be provided with the final schedule of events by May 22, 2026 to allow sufficient time to book travel accordingly. It is the sole responsibility of the sponsorship representatives to allow sufficient time to travel to/from the event, and no refunds will be permitted due to travel delays.
A follow-up request will be sent to you for your logo once payment is received. (.jpg file)
A Sponsorship Payment Request Form will be sent to you once conference session proposals are approved (if applicable) and communication is sent on behalf of the Conference Planning Committee. Payment is due by May 15, 2026.

Sponsor Presentation Notes

To participate in a presentation as part of a NEGAP Conference, sponsors are required to participate in the education session proposal process and complete a presentation form. The vendor will also be required to comply with the following guidelines:

The vendor must co-present with a NAGAP member institution
The presentation must be research-based or a case study (no sales pitches).
The vendor cannot submit multiple education session proposals (we will not accept the same vendor presenting in multiple educational sessions).
The presentation must meet the criteria set forth for an education session.
If you are a current or prospective sponsor looking to provide an in-depth, exclusive, product-based presentation, please choose “vendor presentation” as the session type when submitting a conference proposal, and we will contact you for conference-specific presentation sponsorship opportunities.
