East Coast GEM Summer Conference: Call for Session Proposals

The Eastern Regions Summer Conference will occur on Wednesday, June 4 and Thursday, June 5, 2025 at Rutgers University-New Brunswick! Please read the information below regarding the presentation proposal submission process. The system will permit proposal submissions until March 30, 2025.

We know our membership has vast experience and want to capitalize on those strengths. Consider presenting on ANY topic that would contribute to all professional or personal development levels. 

By starting the submission process, you acknowledge the following:

1. You have read and agree to the deadlines and procedures listed above.
2. All presenters (primary or additional) are required to register for the conference at their own expense.
3. All presenters will be provided with the date and time of their presentation in sufficient time to book travel accordingly. The conference planning team will not change your presentation time due to travel schedules.
